Day One

  I started this blog to generate interest in my stories and hopefully might soon to be published books. Also will be talking about my view of things.

We live in a world that doesn't make much sense these days. Politics have played such a huge role in our lives. It was wrong when they use politics to justify not wearing a mask or getting vaccinated. It was wrong that President Biden chose to sacrifice Ukraine because it's not a member state of NATO. These days it seems like we are living in the Twilight Zone. Common sense is gone and so is human decency. It has been replaced by a complex set of lies and politics. Facebook will silence you if you have a pro war viewpoint. They will silence you if you don't believe the lie that big business and human greed isn't responsible for inflation or a financial troubles at this time. It has nothing to do with President Biden it has everything to do with politics. It seems like everything has to do a politics these days. The two sides cannot seem to get along no matter what needs to be done. Why have we fallen so far? 

The truth about Ukraine is this: it's an inconvenience of the world. We are allowing people to die needlessly for politics. It was wrong when President FDR said that we shouldn't get into the war in Europe when Adolf Hitler was seizing European countries and it's wrong now that President Biden is using the same excuses as FDR. 

I was raised a Quaker and a pacifist but even I can see that this should be a fight that we should be in. It's a fight to save lives. Our leaders say no no we have no interest in this fight. It's the same they said back before World War II. Our leaders then was permissive of Adolf Hitler as he invaded other European countries. They said that we had no strategic interest in these countries. It's wrong to say that we will not stop a madman from invading another country just because that country is not our Ally. It's also insane to allow another Adolf Hitler to bully our country and other countries just because they have nuclear weapons. 

The truth about nuclear war is this: mutual destruction. No one on this planet can win a nuclear war outright. Not Russia and certainly not the United States. If Russia attacks us we will still have the nuclear capabilities to wipe out Russia. That is not something that Putin wants. He has chosen to pick on the little guy. That is who Putin is a bully. Ukraine has no hope of ever launching a Counter-Strike. It has no hope of ever hitting Moscow with a bomb as Putin is doing to Ukraine. Putin is fighting this war only because he thinks he can win.

What we are seeing that is happening in Ukraine at this very moment should not be happening at all. I will make the very unpopular statement now that America should be in this war. Ukraine should been added to NATO and the European Union a long time ago. What Russia would never have invaded Crimea if Ukraine was part of the European Union and NATO. The only reason why Ukraine was not part of NATO in the European Union was because of politics. Now politics Will play a role on whether or not they are allowed to enter it now. They say it's going to take several months Ukraine to be accepted. That is simply unacceptable for many reasons Ukraine will not exist in several months. Ukraine cities will be bombed out of existence by the time our allies get off their ass and stop playing politics with people's lives. Politics has created the worst humanitarian disaster that we have seen in a long time. If you listen carefully to what our politicians are telling you, it does not matter because it's not happening to us.

This mentality is absolutely unAmerican. After Americans won the war for independence people around the world came to United States to watch how we created a democracy and how they could take that information back to their countries and create a similar one. So if that story is to be believed America has been example to the world from the very beginning. Now we are turning into an isolationist Nation. The American people has been burned by 20 years of war that we lost and they really don't want to help anybody else. This mentality is wrong.

In America they tell you that you cannot and should not criticize your political party. If a Democrat reads this they will automatically block me for criticizing Biden. Because freedom a speech really does not exist. In a society that believes in freedom of speech will silence anyone who doesn't agree with them. There are some people who deserve to be silenced. They are the racist, homophobic, transphobic dinosaurs left over from a lost stage. They don't understand that free speech is not and does not give them the right to hate. But true criticism of government that does not do right by its own people is not by definition hateful. These political parties they lie to us and they dangle the care in front of our noses to get us to vote for them. They lie to us to our face and make promises they can't keep. This is how politics work. I for one cannot stomach American politics anymore. Someone needs to say something instead of saying the same thing we have always been saying.

 There has to be a dissenting voice for democracy to even work. Dissenting voices on not allowed though. That's one of the reasons why I believe this democracy is not the Democracy that was founded by the founding fathers. It's not the democracy that you find in the Federalist papers. You are not going to find anything about a filibuster in a Federalist paper. Understand me here: we are playing politics once again with people's lives. Instead of passing laws that can help people get out of this rut that we are in, that was caused by a pandemic that the right did not take seriously, our congress is deadlock and  cannot function. We have a junior senator in our party by the name of Sinema who is literally controlling President Biden's agenda. I've never seen this happen before. 

When are we going to stop letting millionaires and billionaires rule over us without oversight? The millionaires and billionaires tell us that they are to blame for the inflation and the rise in cost across the board. They blame the people and they blame the government and according to Facebook we are not allowed to say anything about that. Just because a business tell us that they are not responsible, does not make it true. Have we forgotten how the tobacco industry told us that cigarettes are not harmful? Have we forgotten how Dupont told us that T-fal is safe? The truth is big business has always lied to the people and will continue to lie to the people so it can make profit. They are doing this at the cost of American lives. 

It's very interesting to point out that social media does not and will not silence anti-vaxxers or insurrectionists. I've seen some posts that I thought I would never see on social media. Will we continue to accept the LIE or learn to speak the truth and act according to common Sense? 

I will end this post by saying this one thing that I have been saying all along. Biden is wrong. We should be helping the Ukrainians.
